Not sure why the ratings are so low... the service is great here. I asked to downgrade my account to a standard membership and there was no issue. They have two squat racks now which is a big plus for me since I like using free weights. Giving 4 stars since the message chairs are often not working though

These guys were very nice, personal yet professional. I met location manager David, Diavionn and Rayshown during my time at this location. All were extremely helpful. It was clean and not crowded...two huge selling points for me. Thanks to all! Pat

I was able to park my semi in the rear of the shopping center away from customers. Was welcomed by staff. This location is quite spacious and comfortable. I had a great workout, and the local people are nice.
