The office is disorganized. Got audited by IRS because taxes were done incorrectly, although all information and documentation were given to James. I had to communicate with the IRS myself and contact James multiple times before corrected. I then received another bill for the corrections he messed up on. I just received a copy of my 2021 taxes last week. A coworker used this firm the same year and had the same experience.
