I'm a Realtor and I've referred several clients to Fred. I am very careful who I refer my clients to because when I refer someone they are a reflection on me. Fred has never let me or my clients down. He communicates with me and my clients, helps them understand their choices when it comes to loan products, and gets the job done. When it comes to VA loans he is my automatic go to because his knowledge is so extensive. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He earned every single one.

Fred was very helpful throughout the whole process from pre-approval to closing. We communicated mainly via emails, and he was very quick in responding to questions we had during this stressful process. It made closing day quick and easy because most paperwork was electronically reviewed and done at home before closing day. He has very competitive rates as well.
