Thanks to Mark Lauren and Rochelle. They was polite and understood what I needed. Mark was helpful and went through the mobile link app with me. Mark understood my concerns and went over every step of what he was doing.
The technicians arrived on time both mornings. They were thorough, polite, and they cleaned up behind themselves. They demoed the generator, and it worked perfectly. The install was a 2-day process, and the overall project including county inspection was completed within 5 days. We hit a snag with the inspection, but the guys came right back and took care of the issue. My overall experience with Generator Supercenter from salesman Rusty, installers, and Brian would be Excellent 5-Stars!
