Stylist: I was not told her name. I came in with my 98 year old mother and requested a polish change on her toes and fingernails. I wanted a pedicure and color change on my fingers. She sat my mom down at a nail station and me in a pedicure chair across the salon; I expected to be near my mom. She proceeded to do my mom’s toes on the floor at the station! I kept seeing her going up and down; she was working on the floor! My pedicure was done by another lady; who did not speak or understand English. Pedicure was ok. Then the other gal who did my mom came and did my fingernails. She kept telling me to stop moving; I was not moving my hands. The 3rd time I apologized...read full review
Been going here since I was 10 years old and it was known under a different name. Mimi and Tremmy are the best! Sadly, the other nail techs are hit and miss. Still love this place though.
The place is extremely dirty. They don't sterilize anything. I'm surprised it is not an enforceable standard. The only person who does a good job there is Helen. Never thought of taking pictures.
