I've had multiple things done to 2 of my cars done at this shop, and both times were incredible experiences. They have done window tint on both of my cars, and then just today I had my 2024 Mazda3 Sedan chrome deleted (all the chrome parts wrapped black). They gave me a rough estimate over email without seeing my car first, but when they saw it in person, they realized the chrome on the front bumper is quite tricky and complex to wrap. They still honored the price given on the email even though it was a much more difficult job than they expected. They let me know beforehand that there might be seams that I would be able to notice if I closely inspected it, but afterwards I only could see 2 tiny spots that gave it away that it is wrapped and it's impossible to see unless you sit there and inspect every inch. I am beyond pleased and impressed with their skill (I believe Trevor is the person who did the job) They obviously stand behind their work which isn't hard to do when it's done so well. I highly recommend Black Optix Tint (Short Pump location specifically) for anything!
