Hired Alan Alart to install gutters and to dig trenches and install PVC to run the water away from barns/structures. The gutters were done, but when it came time to dig the trench and install PVC he told me that the price would be triple to do that part. That is the business world is called "bait and switch"...giving a low price to get in and get started on a job, then raising the price.

I called, spoke to Alan, it was a Monday, he would call me during the week to come out and look at a job. A week went by, I texted and called again. Was told to text and remind him to come out again. Another week goes by and nothing. I am sick and tired of contractors who cant provide customer service, who promise you something and dont show up. How can you hire someone like that? You don't, it is all you can do. My opinion is not to hire them.
