Twin County Regional Healthcare has received positive feedback from patients and visitors. One person noted that Greg Roy did a good job with cleaning the room on the med surg floor after outpatient surgery. Another visitor thanked Greg Roy, Trash Tech, for getting a family member a warm blanket after over 5 hours in the ER. Patients described the nurses as awesome and said they could not have been treated any better, with Suzanne and Shelia taking exceptional care. For outpatient procedures, people were friendly and answered all concerns, making patients feel at home. The physical therapy and occupational therapy did a great job. Staff like Debbie, Brittany, Jenna, Abby, Josie, Crystal, Dr. Dallis, and Dr. Clark were mentioned for their kindness. A card was mailed to one patient, who sent best wishes to them all.
Greg Roy is the Trash Tec. All I have to say is what an amazing gentleman! He kept my room very neat. May God bless him in every way possible! ☺
I want to thank everyone in the ER Department at Twin County Regional Healthcare. I went in last week for an emergency. The nurse did her best with me and an IV, as I was on the bed, sweating, shaking, and trying to hold still. The people in the CT room were very gentle with me as they put me in and out of the machine. The doctor was kind and informative about what I was going through. About two hours after I went in, I walked out, shrugged my shoulders, and said, “Well, that was an event.” I guess if a patient can do that, everybody wins that day.
