Twin County Regional Healthcare has received positive feedback from patients and visitors. One person noted that Greg Roy did a good job with cleaning the room on the med surg floor after outpatient surgery. Another visitor thanked Greg Roy, Trash Tech, for getting a family member a warm blanket after over 5 hours in the ER. Patients described the nurses as awesome and said they could not have been treated any better, with Suzanne and Shelia taking exceptional care. For outpatient procedures, people were friendly and answered all concerns, making patients feel at home. The physical therapy and occupational therapy did a great job. Staff like Debbie, Brittany, Jenna, Abby, Josie, Crystal, Dr. Dallis, and Dr. Clark were mentioned for their kindness. A card was mailed to one patient, who sent best wishes to them all.
Sister had a fall on vacation. Were seen within 45 minutes in a busy ER. Friendly competent staff. In/ out in 4 hrs. Including xrays. And prescription.

I went with a dear friend to have outpatient\Services. Things went well. All of the nurses were awesome. Dr. Clark was great. He came and spoke with us before and after. They called afterwards and i want to thank them for the card mailed to us. Best wishes to them all.
