Having previously been a Licensed Dispensing Optician many years ago I have extensive knowledge of the retail optical business and the staff it takes to be professional and efficient.
From the Optometrist Dr. Chen and Opticians Sandy and Jenn, the Target Optical at Gateway is by far the most skilled staff I have encountered in a long time .
In every aspect from frame selection assistance, explanation of lens types & features to measurements and final fitting and delivery adjustments… top notch in every way.

I love coming to Target Optical! Jenn was especially helpful to me and my daughter. As first-time glasses wearers, we really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was. She took her time helping us choose the perfect eyewear and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
Dr. Chen was great, very personable and thorough. Tammy was also great as she helped me with my purchase of glasses. She was super helpful and very nice. Overall excellent experience and would definitely recommend!
