Dr. Chen always performs thorough eye exams as well as answers my questions and concerns in a way that is easily understood. My eyes/eye care needs are in great hands. Ms. Sandy, one of the opticians, is a true gem and pleasure to work with. :)
Dr. Chen is always pleasant to visit . He's been taking care of my family for years and we wouldn't have it any other way. Also , the ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and provide the best customer service . Thank you for being so awesome !
Doctor Chen is very thorough in how he conducts the eye exams. I had some issues in the past with the indivdiual who works with you in the vision center, who was rude, so I had stopped going to Target vision center in Gainesville, VA for about 5 years. However, my experiences with other doctors in other vision centers were sub-par. I decided to return to see Doctor Chen. He is very knowledgeable and conducts an excellent examination. I will continue to see Dr. Chen at the Target Vision Center as long as he is there. I will not purchase my vision wear from there. I will take my prescription else where.
