I had such a great experience. Dr. Chen was very helpful and made sure my prescription was precisely accurate. In addition he helped me reduce the cost of my contact lenses that I had been wearing with a substitute and better lense product.
It was a great experience; Dr. Jimmy is a thorough professional. He conducted the exam and provided detailed and easily understandable feedback. Ms. Sandy, the optician, was incredible, kind-hearted, and very helpful as she walked me through the 'progressive' kind of eyeglasses (to a first-time user, as I had apprehensions about using such glasses). Still, she made it very easy for me. So, thank you, and much appreciated.
I've been coming to Dr. Chen for a few years now he's always takes his time listening to you, giving valuable information and he's quick and efficient. I highly recommend him.
