I've used this cleaners for years. Yesterday I walked in arms loaded with shirts and was told I would be charge $2 EXTRA for EACH shirt because the shirts were not all UNBUTTONED. Yep, you're right! I took a moment to explain why this didn't make a good business practice since they are a clothing cleaning company but she was rude and defensive so I left with clothes in hand. I found another cleaning place in Haymarket that appreciates my business... button up shirts and all.

Poor communication and poor business sense.They performed other services that I specifically said I did not want. It only cost a few dollars more, but I wasn't interested in correcting the mistake.Returning to moderate cleaning and laundry after the pandemic is enough. It would be too foolish to lose a repeat customer for just a few dollars.

Certainly the most responsive and professional dry cleaner I have encountered in Northern Virginia. If any item poses a problem in terms of handling, you always are told in advance and advised what is the risk to the garment. True, they will refuse to take some special fashion-forward materials, but not because they are too cautious, but because the manufacturer of the garment acted foolishly in selecting the materials used. I recommend Stonewall Cleaners without hesitation. And I think the prices are fair, for the service(s) provided.
