I can always get my pups in at Star Dog Salon when I need them, which is such a relief with a busy schedule. My Wheatie somehow always ends up with a bit more of a beard than expected, but aside from that, I’m consistently pleased with how they turn out after each visit. The prices are reasonable, and I’m satisfied with the value we get. The front staff is very friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated their understanding when I had to cancel last minute due to being sick, they allowed me to reschedule without any hassle.

We brought our golden to Star Dog Salon today. Let me start by saying… she’s 2 and has never been groomed. I tried to do it myself…. didn’t work so I decided to stop being cheap and bring her in and WOW! They are worth all the money. They did such a phenomenal job with our girl Charley. She looks incredible! They were also so wonderful, we had a 10am appt but really needed to drop her off a bit earlier (no issue at all!). They called to tell us she was ready and they give a 2 hour time frame- this just feels like great business!
