AMAZING experience!!! From the exam to the purchase of my glasses, everything was so smooth, even when my vision decided to play tricks and ended up having to send my glasses back for an adjustment, it was all quick and simple!! Highly recommend this office for your exam and glasses needs!!!
Haleigh at Dr. Bermel’s office is amazing! She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and she made my eye exam super comfortable. Haleigh explained everything really well and helped me pick out glasses that I love. You can tell she really cares about her patients and enjoys what she does. I had such a great experience — highly recommend seeing Haleigh and the whole team at Dr. Bermel’s!
My glasses broke in the morning, I called right away in the morning and was told to come in to see how they can assist.They told me I had to get new frames and in minutes I had a new pair of glasses within minute. Arnold was super helpful and got me to see with in minutes
