This review is for massage services only. I have had several massages at Mystic Flow, but Alexis is hands-down the best there. Rather than robotic movements, I feel like she can actually sense what my body needs during the 90-minute relaxation massage. She is respectful and I almost always fall asleep! Highly recommend her services.
As someone who floats on a regular basis, the float session at Mystic Flow was far superior to what I have previously experienced. I left the float, feeling rested, rejuvenated, and pain-free. This feeling persisted throughout the remainder of my day. I was able to get the best sleep that I have had in probably two years that night. I have already recommended you to several people and will definitely be back!
