I have used Elite pools to open and close my pool the last two summers. Both Jenn and Roger the owners have gone above and beyond to provide reliable service. Most recently I brought in my pool vacuum for repairs. My son jumped in the pool and accidentally broke the wheel off. Jenn was able to fix the vacuum wheel and a couple other failing parts using spare parts she had. Bottom line is this company is knowledgeable and puts in the work to take care of their customers. Highly recommend them for any service, repairs and chemicals. They do it all!
I had an amazing experience with Elite Pool Service! I initially reached out to them because I was unhappy with the service I received from another pool person I had hired. I felt like they weren’t doing a good job and didn’t know what they were doing. When I spoke to Jen, she informed me that they don’t typically service my area, but later that day, she and her husband called back to say they would come by and help me out.

Jen is the best; she went above and beyond to help me out. More than once. Her customer service is excellent, and she really knows what needs to be done. And for some reason if she isn't sure she finds out right away. I had so much trouble with my pool, and she fixed it and its up and running perfectly now. Five stars are enough in my book, give them a 10, the company is great. Don't hesitate to go there for any pool needs. Thank you again for helping me out. Lynn Bynaker
