The coaches are wonderful and take very good care of my dog. They listen, take my instructions seriously and help copper have a fun, healthy environment to relax in when I am not around.
I’ve established very good relationships with the coaches and they are the ONLY reason I will continue to bring copper here.
Upper management is questionable since Tricia left. ( and no, I’m not talking about managers in house, I’m talking DM) It’s a shame, Tricia was wonderful. We’ve never boarded our dog but she attends for daycare and she is tired from a full day’s play when she gets home and is excited to go! The staff is fantastic, our experience has been excellent!
I am always pleased when people take the caring of my Rottweiler Geoffrey serious. Geoffrey is very energetic and he loves being allowed to play like a dog and interact with other dogs under noninvasive supervision.
