The team at Basement Masters is professional and polite. They do a great job in waterproofing basements and crawl spaces, and completely clean up when they are done. The company is honest and ethical, and willing to go the extra mile to help. They provide options and do not push for unnecessary sales. Basement Masters beats national chain's pricing by a wide margin and provides a lifetime warranty on their systems. The quality of their work is second to none, and their attention to detail is commendable. Overall, Basement Masters is a highly recommended company that provides excellent service and value to its customers.
unlike some other companies in the same space, Basement Masters doesn't immediately recommend expensive solutions to problems not yet diagnosed. Instead they worked to help us determine where the leaks may be originating so a comprehensive solution may be initiated. Highly recommend.
Randall and his crew were very professional and polite. He was not pushy in trying to sell me more than what I needed. I had three estimates and he was by far the best price. The crew did a fine job in waterproofing our crawl space and completely cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend this company.
Basement Masters Waterproofing did and excellent job for us. Would highly recommend.
