This review is for the initial response to our water damage event. The initial contact with SERVPRO of Winchester was very fast after a referral from our insurance. The dispatcher, Karen was very courteous, professional and thorough in explaining what to expect and when to expect it. She quickly sent a follow-up email to confirm what we discussed on the phone. The initial response team led by Francisco arrived when expected. Francisco provided a brief explanation of what his team would do, and he inspected the damaged areas, and took photos. I could not say enough about how thankful we are for Servipro. They are both professional and polite. They kept us informed about everything they were doing. Carlos was on top of things, always checking on the staff and informing me of their progress. Have had to use them before and requested them when we needed an emergency clean-up crew again.
We had two leaks in a span of about a week. It was an extremely stressful time for us made easier by Corey at Servpro.
