Our AC Unit decided to stop working during one of the hottest weeks of the year. We were not sure what we were going to do, but Rounds Heating & Air made time for us and arrived same day at our home! We had been nursing an older AC unit for a couple years and it finally went out on us. A family member referred us to Danny. He returned our call the same evening and was able to meet with us the next day to inspect our unit and provide us a fair estimate for replacement. Danny located the equipment and installed it by the end of the week. Danny was dependable, courteous, and knowlegeable. He was very respectful of our home and even provided tips of how to keep our second unit functioning properly to maintain its life too. Very appreciative and happy to have found this young man. I called Danny in the afternoon and he came the very next morning at 9am. He is a very courteous pleasant young man who seems very knowledgeable in his field. He answered all my questions up front and I was very impressed by this because a lot of times in the past, service men have not been as helpful or as transparent. His prices are also very reasonable. In fact I know that I need a new unit but am not ready to purchase it at this time and he did not try to pressure me into buying one. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know and will only use him in the future. (Especially when I buy my new unit)Services: A/C system maintenance
