I WAS PAYTRONIZING THEM THEY ARE THE WORST NONTHING LIKE THE PAST CLEANERS WITH INTEGRITY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY I WOULDN'T LET THEM DRY CLEAN MY CLOTHES FOR FREE THAT HOW BAD IT IS ZERO STARS USED FOR A YEAR FOUND BETTER CLEANERS HAD TO GIVE A STAR IN ORDER TO POST

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Customer service is terrible here.We are new to the area, and we were looking for a new dry cleaning service I presented slacks that my husband has dry cleaned regularly. First I was told the return time would be 4 days and so I questioned this as being their usual dry cleaning time. I was told that the pants had to be washed. So I asked why would they wash them before dry cleaning. I was told that the cleaning care tag read machine wash, so they would launder them. I’m sorry, I would never pay some to wash my clothes. Horrible experience...when my husband picked up our dry cleaning, 3 shirts were missing. When he called to let them know he was missing some items, the woman he spoke to argued with him on the phone, saying she had given them back and essentially saying he was lying, until she ended up finding them while still on the phone. She refused to give him her name until he asked several times, and also refused to give the name of her supervisor. We also asked for the buttons to be checked/resewed on several items and they were not done although we were charged for them....a button fell off of one item as soon as we got home.
