I took a shot on a place I had never been before today due to desperately needing my nails back after having a shoulder surgery a month ago and was sick of having stubs for nails lol! The girl who answered the phone was so sweet and got me in with an appt in less than an hr on a SATURDAY! Upon arriving, the place was beautiful and had such a welcoming, fun vibe! Everyone was so nice and friendly and actually spoke to you. I was immediately greeted, instructed to check in, and walked to my chair a moment later. I met with Nancy who did a full set of nails for me today with dip & gel color, and the entire time she was so friendly and kind. I explained to her I had just had surgery recently and if I had needed to stretch or move my arm at all to please excuse me as I was still adjusting. The entire time she was courteous and respectful to this, and checked on me, even made little accommodations to make sure I was comfortable. She was very thorough in accomplishing my goal of shape, style, and color in terms of nails, and even double checked all her processes, lengths, etc. I 100% appreciate this!! The entire salon was top notch in hygiene and sanitation as well. Very spacious, well lit, and inviting. Everyone seems to work together to make customers feel welcome and serviced in a timely but not rushed manner. I will also note that the gentleman that started to do the lady’s nails next to me was very informative and caring enough to help make sure she could remove the nails she had to revive her natural nail growth and explained everything to her. I have seen numerous reviews for many places where customers are not spoken to or even spoken to in a rude manner. I can truly say this was not the case anywhere in this salon today. I took a shot traveling a little ways from home today to get my nails done and so glad I did. I will be back for now on! Thanks Nancy!
I’ve been to so many nail salons, but Mia had given me the most amazing pedicure I’ve ever gotten, it was such a great massage! Along with a great manicure! And just such a great experience from everyone in the salon. I feel like I got a luxury experience, even comparing moving from England spas! This is my go to place now!
