Evan came out quickly and immediately got to work fixing the problem. He was professional, friendly, and communicated the entire time. We would have been stranded if it weren't for his and Keen's fast response time. Thank you!

Great experience! They were booked through my insurance. I received regular updates. They were there right on time and super fast picking the car up. They absolutely saved the day! Rooster called to let me know the car was dropped off so I could lock it from my phone. They made a bad situation feel so much easier! Thank you!

After running over something on the interstate, we had multiple flat tires. The Keen's dispatcher was kind and helpful as she walked me through what we needed to do to get insurance approval. The driver came quickly and brought our car and us back to our hometown (a 70 mile drive). He was pleasant and friendly and made the trip go quickly for two tired and frustrated senior citizens. We appreciated their professionalism and concern for getting us home! Thanks Christina and Rooster!
