Bailey was amazing! Would give 10 stars if possible! Super helpful after have low tire pressure on a 4 hour trip home landing on a flat tire. We were told 90-120 minutes and canceled our service as he pulled in. We asked if he could still do and not only did he say yes, he took care of making the phone calls to make it happen! What a kind and helpful man! So very much appreciated his help!

Had a guy from Keens towing come pick up my tahoe this morning for repair. Very nice, friendly. Wish I would of got his name! Great company! Filed my claim with my insurance company and they were here in 30 minutes to pick up

I have an older car and by default I become a tow trucks surrogate but I have to say this tow company goes above and beyond. The drivers are super nice people. Wait time was estimated (which wasn't bad at all) and was actually much quicker than anticipated. My tire went flat on the interstate and it's never a cozy safe place to get stuck on the side of the road but these guys showed up and quickly got me on my way to a tire center since my tire wasn't going to be revived. They also checked the other tire and found a nail in that one so that was super helpful and potentially lifesaving bc it was something they didn't have to look at as it appeared fine at first glance....read full review
