Eka has become a treasured friend and I have been blessed to know her for years now. I have participated in several of her events over time--from beginners energy training to a Valentines Day course for couples to a group work in nature. Most recently I requested a day designed just for me. I wanted to deepen my spiritual practice and boy did Eka deliver! She covered all the bases--ahead of time, emailed me some very thoughtful and thought provoking pre-meeting questions so she would understand what I was looking for, but that also really helped me discern what I wanted. I started working with Eka and a group of highly sensitive women during the Pandemic. It was a wonderful way of creating community and exploring our connection with nature. At the time I struggled most with grounding myself in a world full of uncertainty. Having a highly sensitive nervous system is often seen as a curse but I learned to allow, accept and thrive while trusting my intuition and setting boundaries as needed along the way. I have chronic lower back pain and my usual home care regimen was no longer working except for brief periods of time. Then I sustained a fall that seemed to put all my joints out of whack to the point I often needed to use a cane. I had a session with Eka that immediately straightened me out—I felt my spine open and return to alignment. I did have a few hours later that day where I felt I returned to my previous state (maybe didn’t up my fluids enough?) But since then, I have felt mostly pain free. I will be returning for further treatments under Eka’s compassionate, intuitive hands. Her work is truly magical!
