To rectify the issue, Jeffrey from FBF told us that he would stain the fence free of charge if we purchased the 5-gallon container of polyurethane. More than two months and multiple calls later, we’ve still not received a response.
I’m leaving a 4-star review only because their Manager/office manager /receptionist has provided excellent customer service and she’s possibly unaware of this issue. In addition, the fence, itself, looks great.
