I went to Zips for the first time to have a comforter dry cleaned. It was ready days before the expected pick up date and was nicely packaged in a plastic bag with carrying handle. I will definitely use them again for any dry cleaning needs!

I am new to ZIPS and super impressed. So efficient! Here is what I learned. When you drop off you pay upfront. I was told by an experienced ZIPS customer that you can bring in a bag (ask for one to use) and there is a drop box if they are not open. There is also a kiosk area to self-serve drop off. If you drop off by 9 you pick up by 5. They have an pick up as well. It was easy pick up. Gave my receipt and that was that. I did press/iron only. For three tops and 4 pants I think it was less than $24. One top was a sweater and one top was linen. There is a Taylor but I have tried that yet. When I do I'll... read full review
