I can’t say enough! Dr. Bavinger performed surgery on my left eye due to a retina detachment. He was able to put me at ease and explained the process, pros and cons of my surgery. The staff is highly professional and friendly.Thank you all and much blessings!Keep up the amazing work!❤️
My mother and I both use RGW for our eye care. The doctors and staff have been great. They take good care of us. The only thing to know before you go is the place feels a bit like a production line because there are a lot of patients in the waiting room, but they move folks through efficiently.
The doctors here are great. I’ve been going here for 5 years. Be prepared to spend 2 to 4 hours here as they perform several tests on your eyes. The only problems that I have encountered is with their voice mail system. It takes forever to get an actual person on the phone when you need to let them know that you might be late or have to change an appointment due to illness, etc.
