Eddie Whelan and his skilled team of craftsmen are just finishing our first new home. This is our first new build after 25 years of marriage and 4 other homes in 4 different states. Eddie made the process smooth and stress free. He came in at budget and never missed a mark on completion on time for all things he could control. Eddie is a down to earth man - a hard worker - and has a great eye for detail and aesthetics. Roof line and all construction / building lines are straight and true. Attention to detail and customer needs and wants are a noticeable priority to the entire team. The office team at Steady Homes was helpful - accommodating and organized throughout the process.
