I am giving three stars because I felt discriminated against by one of the staff members working there—even though the rest of the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. This is an update regarding my second visit. On this occasion, the customer service I received from Mr. Jade was excellent—as was the excellent maintenance performed on my car. Therefore, I will put the previous incident involving a specific individual behind me, as not the entire staff is bad.
Kevin Baber did an excellent job in making sure my newly purchased vehicle got serviced. He assisted my wife and I with both our vehicles on back to back days. He is very courteous and displayed professionalism through the whole process to ensure all of our concerns were taken care of. I would recommend taking any Toyota vehicle there at Sheehy Fredericksburg.
