Salem Cleaners is a friendly, family-owned business providing excellent service. They are known for prompt service and always having everything ready. They do a quality job on items like shirts and even large, difficult comforters, treating all items with care. They communicate well, offer great prices, and handle last-minute requests helpfully. The services are fairly priced. Many customers highly recommend them for alterations and cleaning, including laundry pick-up.
Horrible customer service. Owner/man just turned me away with a button down Oxford. He says he can’t do heavy starch and can’t guarantee that he can get the little stain out. He told me to go somewhere else. I took it to Zips and they charged me half the price and had no issue.
I’ve only used them a couple times but they’ve been great. Most recently I brought in a very large comforter (10’x11’) that other places have trouble with. It had a great deal of sail from my dog and I didn’t have high expectations, but it came out great.
Excellent service!, I had a very last-minute request and they were very helpful and understanding. Communicate well, great prices! I highly recommend to anyone looking for alterations and cleaning.Services: Laundry pick-up
