Dr. Floyd and the Victoria are the best team for primary care! Dr. Floyd is efficient, listens to any concerns and genuinely helps to find solutions for problems I have had. Victoria (RN) is incredibly kind and swift. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been seeing Samantha Franz as my primary physician for several years and she’s been amazing. Very attentive and through with addressing any issues and concerns I’ve had. Front desk staff is always friendly and I can usually get an appt with her within one to two weeks

It took 8 mos to get an appointment. I checked in online and arrived at 943. I was told to arrive at 945 for my 10 o'clock appointment. I asked at 1025 if something had happened because I still hadn't been called back. I was told that this is normal and sometimes the wait is longer. I asked if I was getting a discount or not being charged. I was told no. I was called back by the nurse at 1030, she took my vitals and asked past medical information. Comment that I was annoyed because of the wait and I said yes. She finished and told me the doctor just went in to see another patient and will be in with me once she is done. 1044 and I still haven't seen the doctor. If you value patients, value their time. If you need 45 mins per patient then schedule your appointments accordingly. Very disappointed.
