Had a faulty valve replaced. Carol who is in the office was a tremendous help during our ordeal. We were without hot water for 11 days due to manufacturer not wanting to cover warranty but eventually they agreed. Thank you so much Carol & Thomas who replaced our part, we can now have hot showers instead of cold. Definitely recommend them.
Long story short, our entire well system decided to stop working less than 2 years after we moved into our house. Hey, things happen. Even though the financial aspect of it wasn't fun, our priority was getting drinking water again so my mother (who lives with us), our cat, dog, my pregnant wife, and my two year old could drink water again safely. After being ghosted and lied to by two previous plumbing companies, we found Plumbing Innovators. It took less than a week to get the situation resolved, and the reason it took that long was due to me moving the money needed to perform this task around. Had I decided to do it the day they originally came out, they could have been back in two days. Thomas and Zach came out, did the job, and I could not ask for anything better. They were professional, clean, and very nice to my little girl, who even though we kept her out of their way, you can imagine she was curious and tried to talk to them. They were also very nice to my dog, who was very hesitant of them and decided to bark at them a lot, but they never took offense and tried to be friendly with her. Sadly, she wasn't having it, but you can usually tell good people by how they treat dogs, especially when they don't know you're watching, and they were good people. I would recommend them to anyone.
I was referred to Plumbing Innovators by Main Heating and Air my HVAC company. I gave them a call because one of the pipes that lead into the water heater cracked and water was spraying out of a small hole. I turned off the water main and crossed my fingers that they could come. At first they said no one was available, so as I was looking for someone else, I immediately got a call back from them, saying that they were able to find someone that could come right away. I was jumping for joy. The young man that came was extremely polite and he got right to work. He fixed the broken pipe and even helped me shop vac some of the water that was in the basement.
