I am very satisfied with my visit/experience here today. Doctor Mencias not only listened to all my concerns, he noticed my eczema and said “ let’s get you better “ even though I didn’t come here for that. The staffs are very polite and helpful.
Had my first visit here yesterday - first rate people, simple process, modern tools. Most importantly, very person was genuinely friendly, especially my nurse, Sarah. Parking easy and access back to route 1 was a big plus.
Had good experiences in the past but over past 2 years I feel this place has really declined. Unsure if they had management change or what happened? They cancelled on me for my last 3 scheduled appointments.
