I was looking for a Hair Stylist that had early hours before my trip today. I scheduled an appointment with Mercedes. From the moment I walked through the door, she greeted me with a smile. Her energy was great and we got it off immediately l. We talked about everything and anything. Not only is she a fellow New Yorker from Brooklyn - we were raised in the same neighborhood. She walked me through the process and kept checking in with me to ensure that I was comfortable. I will schedule another appointment with her. If you are in the area, go on and treat yourself and ask for Mercedes.

Taija was the absolute sweetest and I love how my hair turned out. She checked in with me regularly throughout the process to make sure I was happy with what I was seeing. I will say that there was another stylist in the store at the same time who dropped multiple passive aggressive comments about my hair and then followed up with “no offense” so that was a little crazy. Overall though I had a good experience and will be back to see Taija!
