Outstanding Fence and Customer Service! We wanted to replace our 20-year-old wooden fence with a vinyl privacy fence. We contacted several of the fence companies in the area to get cost estimates and timelines for installation. We only received two actual estimates from the larger companies (the other companies either did not respond or said they could not even get supplies for months). One of the estimates (from the big 3-letter company) was difficult to understand and when I contacted the office for clarification, the representative was rude and could not provide any more information or even a potential installation date. In contrast, when Fredericksburg Fences did the estimate, Henry took the time while at my residence to explain the fence choices and likely install timeline and answer my questions on the spot. I received the estimate several days later with a definite install date. Although I had read some mixed reviews on Fredericksburg Fences, I am a firm believer in customer service, and based on my interactions with them thus far I was very pleased with their professionalism and courteous customer service. Due to the pandemic, the install date was set 2 months out, which was no problem at all for us. I understand supplies are delayed and not the fault of the fence company. Once the install week arrived, the install had to be delayed a couple of days due to heavy rain, and ironically the seriously hot weather the week prior (just weird times). The install team did arrive on the new date and did a great job installing the fence…that is until the rain started again…crazy weather for sure. They also did a complete removal of my previous fence, even take the old posts out of the ground! They had to come back the next day to finish the install…the competed new fence is simply spectacular! The owner, Joe, cam on site to inspect the installation and make sure I did not have any concerns or questions. And not only did the install crew do a great clean-up after the install, while they were waiting for the owner they took the time to actually hose down my driveway so there was no mud even from their truck tires. Overall, a great experience, and Fredericksburg Fences is the only company I would recommend for a fence installation…and all with a two-year warranty on their work and materials!

I have had my fence for 3 years now. I still looks great. My dog can play outside and I don't worry about him getting harm. Great customer service because all of my questions were answered.
