Fairfax Electric Plumbing-Gas replaced hot water heaters and did a great job. The team was fast, efficient, and professional. Installers were knowledgeable and reliable, with no mess left behind. The entire process, from scheduling to installation, was smooth. Communication was excellent, with heads up on arrival. Technicians were nice, polite, and efficient, even in tight quarters or with stairs. They did very good work on custom needs, like a heat pump water heater. Prices were great, and the people were good to work with. The job was done quickly, and the home was left in clean order. They explained what was needed. Highly recommended.
The installation of the hot water heater was flawless. Service was beyond all expectations from the initial contact to the completion of the install. The techs were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and worked to ensure the process met or exceeded all Fairfax County and Virginia requirements. They arrived right on schedule and worked both diligently and efficiently to ensure the install was completed in a timely manner. You could not go wrong with FEPG. Highly recommended.
