I have been very satisfied with the way this office has managed our properties since 2015. Dawn Josemans and her team are doing an outstanding job to protect our interest as landlords while always being courteous and responsive to tenants' requests. Communication between landlord, the office and the tenants is flawless, smooth and efficient. I have entrusted them with the management of FIVE properties and am working on acquiring additional ones which they will manage. Dawn and her team are professional, ethical and highly efficient.
