Carter & Union Home Mortgage was my first choice as a mortgage lender. I did some shopping to ensure I was getting the best rates and overall Carter & his team exceeded my expectations. Not only did he encourage in person meetings, but accommodated virtual meetings as well to ensure a very personalized experience. Carter sent videos explaining the documents that I could watch if needed to provide clarity and above all else comfort in adding to my knowledge base during what can be an overwhelming and confusing process.
