I manage a community that BrightView is their landscape vendor, and they've been a fantastic partner. Our account manager, Robert, is responsive, professional and always quick to address any concerns. Our crew lead, Gordon, is extremely communicative about any issues he notices in the field --- especially if it's something outside of the scope of our contract.
