Founded in 1991, we design and build high quality custom homes, with personal attention to our customers and to each project, in a friendly manner and at a fair price. Starting with one of our plans or your ideas, we draw the plans for our homes in-house in order to provide customization in a timely manner, with the ability for our customers to see renderings and 3D plan views. We are located in the Fredericksburg, VA region, building homes in Fredericksburg, Lake Anna, and in Spotsylvania, Stafford, Orange, Culpeper, Louisa, Fauquier, King George, Caroline and Westmoreland counties.
