We have lived at Spring Haven townhome for almost two years, and it has proven to be a well-worthy home purchase. We are particularly impressed with the location, the quality of the craftsmanship, and the warranty service support.
When we were house-hunting, we also looked at other properties from other builders, but they often had issues like low ceilings, squeaky floors, and scary, ugly-looking basements and garages. So glad we decided to invest a little more for a far better-built home!

Melissa Brown was a huge help in the design studio. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process of choosing finishes much easier and more enjoyable than expected.
