We switched to this company several months ago and have been very happy w/their up to now reliable service. However, today (post Christmas) they went right by our house, and picked up our neighbor's numerous bags of trash. I could understand this if our bill was not paid, but since I have the receipt RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME I know that we're up to date. I need reliable service!!!

Service is great but trying to get a recycling bin is extremely hard. Upon initial sign up, we only requested the trash bin and not the recycling bin however, we decided that we needed the recycling bin because its the right thing to do. After numerous unanswered messenger messages and phone calls, I guess we are stuck with one bin( for now)!!!!!
