I recently had a water issue at home and noticed stains on the ceiling and floor below. I called Alexander and Sons, and Joe came out to help.
I had already found that the leak was coming from the upstairs shower drain. Joe brought a new drain just in case, but after taking a closer look, he realized it was simply a gasket issue. He replaced the gasket, which saved me a lot of money. Joe was not only honest and knowledgeable, but also hilarious—he made the whole experience much less stressful. He also gave me helpful tips on what to watch for in the future.

Needed to have a gas line capped in our home. Devin inspected what needed to be done and instead of having to make an additional appointment, got to work and the job was completed in an hour. He was very professional, helpful and personable.
