I've been taking my wife and daughter to them for close to 14 years. My daughter basically grew up in Ms Emma's chair even my son gets his hair done there. Great atmosphere and they are very professional.

Overall, they do a good job. However, there needs to be consistency with the prices of hair styles. The price is always changing especially once they finished your hair. I have been going there for the past eight months and I switch between twist and braids which I always get bra length. The price of the different types of hair styles should be posted for everyone to see. Transparency is Key.Service: Braids

I have tried this business from time to time in the late 10 years. My complaint is always the same. They do not listen to the client. I want back to have some of my twists touched up. They were so defensive that they could not hear me. Instead of touching up she cut my hair that had untwisted. I told her a braid was falling out. She tells me it was not. I pulled it and she pretended it did not fall off. Really?Service: Twist braids
