I have been a patient for many years. Even prior to the current ownership. The staff and providers are all phenomenal. Shout outs to Connor, Kait, Dr H and her tech! However, the “rule” of if you are ONE minute late to the appointment the staff needs management approval to continue with the appointment is absurd, not patient friendly, and certainly not industry standard. May I add that there was unexpected roadwork being done on the way there and I live scarcely 4 miles from the practice so did pretty good getting there. Also, my name wasn’t called until at least 6 minutes after arriving but I didn’t threaten to leave because the practice ran late….and over... read full review

I always return based off of my loyalty to one doctor who has always exceeded my family’s expectations. Unfortunately due to the scheduling of new patients requiring more time to intake my appointment was somewhat delayed. Ultimately I ended up purchasing my next pair of glasses even though my eyes didn’t change but I was still very pleased. Don’t worry I’ll be back again!

This practice is phenomenal! Kait at the front desk has superb customer service. in fact, everyone I've encountered does! Thank you for all that you do to take care of our community members. And THANK YOU ALL for what you're doing to take care of surgical patients coming from another local provider who is taking a LOA. I'm sure it's not easy but you are all rocking it!
