Over-the-top AMAZING service! Jin did a custom project for me and it turned out absolutely perfect! The custom bench cushion is prettier than I even hoped and she finished way faster than promised. She even made a cozy blanket out of the extra fabric. She takes great pride in her work and truly cares about her customers and her projects. I have been taking our family’s clothes here for cleaning and alterations for years and am always pleased with the service—but, this time Jin went way above above and beyond the expected. I am very happy with the cleaning and alteration services I receive from 2.99 Dry Cleaners in Spotsylvania! Jin is a talented seamstress and very personable. She has fitted several dresses for me, a couple of suits for my husband, and my daughter in law’s wedding dress. She went above and beyond for my DIL. She was able to find matching fabric to lengthen my DIL’s wedding dress. And, she completed the alterations in a very timely manner.
