I got assigned this tow company through my insurance. They do not answer the phone. I was waiting for them to tow my van for hours and they never showed . I just got a text asking for a picture my van to see the size . I sent it. The person texted ok and then after that didn't hear from them. It would have been nice if they could have let me know that they wasnt gonna get my van instead of having me wait for hours for them just not to show up at all
Me and my 5 year old were stranded with a flat tire. 1st Class towing was dispatched through our insurance roadside with GEICO. It was late at night and dark. The gentleman who came to help us was absolutely amazing. We felt safe with him. He went above and beyond when we learned that my spare tire was also flat. He towed our car all the way home at 2 am. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend them for all of your roadside/towing needs. Thanks again for taking such great care of us.
Basic logistics issues. Made an appointment through insurance. Got in contact with operator, who mixed my case up with another. No call no show with target destinations within a ~6 mile radius. Can’t see how the insurance company is at fault. Match up your case numbers— call your clients and confirm— get the truck out there— you have an hour window.
