We had to put our dog down she was only eight. They did a fantastic job ! The box she came home to me was beautiful and I definitely want to say thank you so much .The certificate meant a lot too! You all really care and I appreciate it so much! Thanks again

Grief is a harsh, heart rendering emotion. You either want to build up or tear down. Sometimes you want to strike out at anyone and everything. No one wants to have to deal with the final arrangements of a loved one. Some are fortunate that they have been made in advance, insuring that wishes and requests are granted.Almost my entire life Wright Funeral Home has been where my loved ones have been handled. I could not imagine going anywhere else. From Barky"s dad, to Barky, it's always been professional, courteous and kind. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL Funeral Home that I have ever been to. You would think that you would be treated with sympathy and respect when you lose a loved one but oh no, not at Wrights Funeral Home in Franklin, Va.I am well aware that people get really tired sometimes but if you choose a profession that advertises services for 24 hours, what would you expect?My brother has been deceased since Thursday November 10th and is literally rotting while waiting for a death Certificate to be signed. With this being said and knowing that it would be days before the body would be cremated, why wasn't the family advised to embalm the body rather than saying "it would... read full review
