Oh my goodness, I cant so enough good things about PIVOT. The front lobby administrators are so professional, yet warm and welcoming. The therapy staff are top tier in their field! Their knowledge and experience have been key in my recovery process. Erica and Tracy who were assigned to me gave me the best treatment to help me in my healing. The PT Assistants were so helpful as well. I have to say that the respect and comraderie between all of the staff was so refreshing that they seem like family to each other.
I have already referred friends to their business.
i met mr. jakes on the phone. mr jakes is quite a nice person and does great work!!! he has done at least 6 or more jobs for us and no complaints. i guess when you give courtesy you get courtesy...thanks mr. jakes!!!!!!
The service was top notch.The office staff was so helpful and kind.The Service technician Caleb was so knowledgeable and so polite.He knew what the problem was and got it fixed for us.I would highly recommend to my friends and I will continue to use the company from now on.Great Job.

He showed up in a pinch, and not only showed absolute professionalism and experience, but also a down right friendly person to have on your side. I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Tim Bradshaw at Insercorp! Tim has always proven to be very responsive, professional and the customer service is impeccable. My most recent dealings with Tim involved a situation where I had made an error that could have been devastating to my business - I was so upset I was in tears! But never fail, Tim to the rescue. He calmed me down and reassured me he'd make it right - and boy did he! He spent nearly the entire day working on it and went above and beyond - after all was said and done, what he fixed for me was by far superior to what it had been originally. After several years as one of his clients, I'm now even more confident and impressed with his expertise and service.

This place is a quaint down home salon. Very welcoming, they remember you and details about you. You feel like a friend is cutting your hair. My hair is difficult to deal with, but Anita always makes it look cute! She also does a great job with my elderly mother's hair. Give it a try!
