I was wondering why the reviews were bad, but now I understand. There are only 2 people who work here. One for appointments and one for walk ins. We arrived at 9:30. There were 2 people in chairs. I asked how long and she said 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later and we still sat there.

Definitely #1 compared to the places I've been here. I love that they honor all appointment times. They have the best prices I've seen between NC and VA. T.J is definitely down to earth ans very respectful. I love it here.

I went in there to get me a full set because “Top Nails” was very busy. My mom walked out because the man who was doing my nails had a nasty attitude. He was very rough with my nails, and the equipment! I paid $45 for a full set with gel, and my nails broke off within 1 week and they were handled with care, it was glue all over my nails when I left . The place was very clean, I loved that! I give the place a 10/ but the people who work here and the service overall gets a 2 from me! Will not be coming back!
